We ship worldwide!

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

UK shipping is estimated to take 3-5 working days.

Please note, International shipping is estimated to take 15+ days.

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, however in busy periods, there may be a delay. You will be notified if your order is effected.

We are unable to take responsibility for mail once it has been handed over to Royal Mail and trust Royal Mail will deliver your parcel safely. If non delivery is claimed, please be aware we will not refund until Royal Mail have looked into the issue.

Please ensure you have checked your delivery address is correct before confirming your order. Unfortunately we cannot make amendments to your order once it has been confirmed.

For all international orders please note the following:

Once the parcel has reached the destined country, it will be passed over to that country’s internal postal service.

Any charges related the tax and custom duty are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware, your parcel may be delayed by customs. Cub & Dandy have no control over this and are unable to resolve any customs issues.



Returns & Exchanges

Although we hope you will love your order, we understand sometimes you may change your mind. Please contact within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

Once we have received your email, we will respond to you with a unique return code and return address. Please send us the item you wish to return in its original packaging enclosing the return code you have been provided. We ask all returns are sent back unworn/unused. If your item is returned and we consider this not to be the case, you will be contacted and your refund may not be processed.

Please note some products are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons. These include BIBS dummies and teething products. 

Before you return any item, please ensure you have contacted Cub & Dandy. If you do not, you will not be refunded.

Please be aware you will be refunded for the original item price you paid but not the original shipping cost. We do not cover the cost of your return postage.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges at this time, unless the item received is faulty. If a faulty item is received, please contact Cub & Dandy to discuss an exchange/refund within 28 days. We cannot guarantee that an exchange for the same item will be possible, in which case, we will contact you to let you know and you will receive full refund.
